The Lancia Rally 037 was a mid-engine rally car built by Lancia in the early 1980s for the FIA Group B World Rally Championship. Driven by Markku Alén, Attilio Bettega, and Walter Röhrl, the car won Lancia the manufacturers’ world championship in the 1983 season. About meI grew up with an interest in motorsports and my dad and I spent many hours working together on car projects when I was younger. I taught myself welding, electrical wiring and bodywork. For the Lancia project I used suspension modeling software to optimize the geometry before I started fabrication. I like to travel and visited many countries in Europe including some less traveled locations such as Romania, Hungary, Estonia and Poland. In 2017 I visited Switzerland and spent a week skiing in Zermatt near the Matterhorn and took my first trip to Maui in 2019. |
