Update 5/15/15

Here are a few pictures to see where I’m at. Pinninfarina did an amazing job with the rather plain Scorpion. Due to the larger than stock diameter of the front wheels, I had to position the wheels slightly forward from the normal location otherwise the tires would rub on the chassis at full bump. I need to move the body wheel openings forward a corresponding amount because currently the tires are rubbing on the body. This has the benefit of reducing the front overhang. I will use the body crease in the fender as reference, cut out a section of the fender and slide it forward, filling in the gap at the rear.

I welded up coolant tubes between the rear firewall and engine.
