I welded bars to reinforce the roll cage just above the side sills along with a plate under each seat for the lap belts. I painted the center tunnel and the floor area with sound deadening. After masking I’ll paint the roll cage with self etching primer and low gloss epoxy paint. I received a nice set of VDO gauges from eBay. I ordered several cans of black wrinkle paint for the dashboard. Continue reading Update 2/10/14
