I glassed in the headlight housings but I haven’t settled on how I want to mount the headlights. As a result the housing have no backs. I need to remove the wood from the grill area and cut a large rectangular opening on the lower air dam for cooling. The front is losing a lot of its stiffness from all the openings. I need to add additional framing to the tilt mechanism to make it stiffer when the front is raised.
